The practices of Yoga and Nia can change your body, your health and your life.  Breathing techniques, mindful movement and meditation practices support your body, mind and spirit.

 

At Heart & Sole Yoga we believe that everybody regardless of age, gender, color, background, fitness level, or physical condition can participate in movement and benefit from developing a yoga or Nia practice. 

 

We invite you to breathe deeply, strengthen muscles, learn focus, relieve stress, practice balance, and move mindfully to your ability.

 

We will help you find a class that meets your needs, so you can fully experience the numerous health benefits of both Yoga and Nia.  We offer private classes for one-on-one, or small groups, as requested.

Our late fall semester runs from November 2 - December 18, 2020.  (7 weeks)  

 

IN RESPONSE TO THE HEATH DEPARTMENTS COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS:

NIA classes are temporarily cancelled to respond to Covid-19 restrictions from the Health Department in place through December 8.  Yoga students may come for their assigned time slot for their yoga practice. There are no drop-ins allowed and we are not accepting new students during the three week restrictions in place through December 8, 2020.  The Vinyasa and Slow flow classes are also cancelled through December 8.

We are excited to be offering a Restorative Yoga Class via ZOOM on Wednesday nights from 7:00-8:00 pm.  Gabi Hagen will offer this class so you can practice in the comfort and safety of your home.  Please see the class description and contact us with any questions. 

 

Covid -19 safe practice compliance restrictions are in place.  Those restrictions include daily completion of covid-19 wellness check list, social distancing, temperature checks, hand washing and face masks.  No exceptions.   

Class sizes are limited to 7 students in Yoga classes and 5 students in Nia classes.

ALL PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED PUNCH CARDS WILL BE HONORED THROUGH 2021.  All classes are now $10.  Rates are lower for punch cards of 10 classes or more.  (see rates)
