Yoga Tips

    Dress comfortably in loose stretchy clothing.
    Please avoid using any strong smelling lotions or perfumes before class.
    Please arrive for class a few minutes early to set up your mat and settle in.
    If you find you are running late, please enter quietly so as not to disturb your fellow classmates.
    Turn off your cell phone.
    Studio Mats and props are provided, although owning your own is recommended.
    For your comfort, do not eat a large meal 2hrs prior to class.
    Please make your instructor aware of any physical conditions before class begins.
    Be mindful of your body.  Yoga is not a competition.
