Class Rates


You can pay for a class in full, guaranteeing your spot for the session.  You can take out a punch card, which allows you to drop into classes as long as there is space available.  You can pay as you go, one class at a time.  Payments need to be made by cash or check, no credit cards.



$72 for one Yoga or Nia class per week for 8 weeks ($9/class)

$128 for Yoga or Nia classes for two classes per week for 8 weeks ($8/class)

$81 for two Yoga or Nia class per week for 9 weeks ($9/class)

 $144 for two Yoga or Nia classes per week for 9 weeks ($8/class)

Paying for a class in full guarantees your spot, and any missed classes must be made up for by dropping into another class.  Missed classes do not carry to another session.  


Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) eight week course is $300.  There are a few scholarships available.  Questions should be addressed to George Nagel at  This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .  

Yoga and MBSR option:  Students currently enrolled in the MBSR meditation course may purchase an 8 punch pass good for yoga or Nia classes for $50.  The pass is good for three months from the date of purchase. 



All punch cards for Yoga and Nia (except for the MSBR card) are good for six months from the date of purchase.  Punch cards can be used from semester to semester.

Punch cards may be purchased for $10/class.  You choose the number of classes, up to nine classes.

Purchase $100 card for 10 classes and get one class for free. (11 classes for $9.00 each)

Purchase $200 card for 20 classes and get five classes for free.  (25 classes for $8.00 each)

Refunds will be given up to the third week of classes at a prorated rate for those who have registered for the full semester.  No refunds will be given on punch cards.  If a student needs to cancel because of health concerns their specific needs should be discussed with their teacher.



Classes are cancelled when Ferris State University closes due severe weather conditions.  If the studio needs to cancel classes due to an unforeseen event, illness, or weather, cancellations will be posted on the website, the Facebook page, and at the door when possible.  Enrolled students will be given the opportunity to make up the class.
